Located directly across from the entrance to Nationals Park on Half Street, SE in the Capitol Riverfront District, Jair Lynch is planning a 460,000 sf mixed-use project in two phases. The destination project will be a place for people to meet, eat, drink and live – both on game night and throughout the year. The first phase is named 1250 and includes 310 apartments, with approximately 55,000 sf of retail on Half Street. Punch Bowl Social the “eatertainment” leader signed up as the anchor retail tenant with 24,000 sf on two floors.
With immediate access to Metrorail, the building will offer residents modern amenities and finishes, with dynamic views of the ballpark infield from the rooftop deck and pool. Phase two plans for a boutique residential building and additional retail along N Street. Jair Lynch purchased the site with all cash in the fall of 2014 and expects to deliver the first phase in spring 2019.
