MLK Jr. Library’s $208 Million Renovation Progress

Jair Lynch is advising the DC Public Library (DCPL) on the renovation of the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library (Central Library) on the corner of 9th and G streets in downtown DC. The building was in disrepair and is currently undergoing an extensive renovation to significant reconfiguration of the interior. Jair Lynch is advising the library on a variety of issues including programming, entitlements, project management, design, procurement and construction.
