Matthew K. Watkins
Mr. Watkins, a Development Associate, is responsible for the execution and delivery of various developments for Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, including projects currently under construction as well as projects still in the initial planning stages. Prior to his work with Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, Mr. Watkins was a developer for the Bozzuto Development Company, where he delivered mixed-use residential units to emerging markets in both urban and suburban locations and developed over $250 million in value. Prior to Bozzuto, Matthew worked in economic development for the DowntownDC Business Improvement District (BID), where he developed projects, programs, and policies to maintain the Washington, DC region’s most significant real estate markets in the DowntownDC Business Improvement District.
Since 1996, Matthew has been actively involved in the real estate, construction, and building development industry, having worked for architects, planners, developers and a BID. Matthew holds a Masters of Architecture and Real Estate certificate from the University of Michigan and a BA in Art & Architecture History from Williams College. A Washington, D.C. native, Matthew still resides in the District of Columbia.
