The Real Estate Associates Program (REAP) had it’s 10-week academy in DC this past spring which was supplemented by additional REAP events (networking, continuing CRE education, property tours and professional development) throughout the year. Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners was proud to sponsor the REAP DC 2019 Graduation on Thursday, May 16^th.

Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners believes in the importance of increased minority participation in CRE to the local industry and having meaningful numbers of minorities in CRE careers across the country.
