JAIR LYNCH produces market and financial feasibility studies and targeted economic development and revitalization plans as part of its strategic master planning services. We have well-established relationships with local and national urban design firms who often complement our team in a master planning process.
JAIR LYNCH has served in both prime and subcontractor roles on master planning efforts in the national capital region. We have completed several analyses of master plan components, including preparing the Ward 7 Affordable Housing Action Plan and the Heritage Tourism-Based Economic Development Strategy for the Shaw Neighborhood, both on behalf of non-profit organizations in DC. JAIR LYNCH was the Master Planner for the DC Housing Authority’s successful federal HOPE VI applications for both the Eastgate Gardens and Sheridan Terrace communities in Northeast and Southeast DC, respectively. JAIR LYNCH was also an active member of the Anacostia Waterfront Initiative’s Southwest Waterfront master planning team that worked with the local community and city agencies to develop a plan to create a new mixed-use neighborhood as this previously under-developed site.
