With a clear set of priorities, JAIR LYNCH will conduct feasibility studies on existing properties, including analysis of comparable sales; a review of zoning and underutilization of each property; and a determination of how a portfolio potential would best meet the client’s needs. JAIR LYNCH also sources new properties as a component of a facilities planning contract, providing potential properties in conjunction with a land swap, purchase or as a tenant. Often this includes proposals to co-locate in existing mixed-use projects
