JAIR LYNCH is managing the renovation of Unity’s – Upper Cardozo health care center, which has the highest volume of patients of all their heath care centers in the District of Columbia. This 4-story, 58,000 SF center will receive a full in-place renovation to transform the existing clinic with outmoded systems into a new state-of-the-art facility. Funding is provided by the DC Primary Care Association as part of its Medical Homes DC Initiative, a public-private partnership with the Department of Health, as well as the American Recovery Reinvestment Act and private bank financing. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2011.
