The partnership has been strengthened by JAIR LYNCH's fast-track delivery method, which ensures minimum disruption to students by working within the constraints of an academic year. Currently, JAIR LYNCH is the development manager for Friendship Technology Preparatory Public Charter School, a groundbreaking career-focused school that will provide much-needed skills for high school students in Southeast Washington when it opens in fall 2010.

What's nearby?

JAIR LYNCH has had an ongoing presence in the Congress Heights neighborhood and sees this project as key to its continued evolution. Places to work like the Unified Communications Center and places to play like the Southeast Tennis and Learning Center are examples of JAIR LYNCH's commitment to the neighborhood, not to mention Southeast Elementary Academy, which is another school JAIR LYNCH developed on behalf of Friendship. Moreover, several JAIR LYNCH residential projects are within walking distance of the project site, which means residents of Royal Courts and Savannah Heights will have another quality school to consider for their children.
