The striking, contemporary building was designed by Sorg & Associates on a parcel formerly owned by the National Capital Revitalization Corporation. NCRC offered the land value as equity in the deal and in exchange JAIR LYNCH committed 20% of the project's units affordable between 30 - 80% of area median income. Solea is certified Gold under the LEEDŽ for Neighborhood Development Pilot Program administered by the U.S. Green Building Council.
