JAIR LYNCH Development Partners is the lead developer of Washington, D.C.'s first professional live/work condominium community, located at the gateway to Columbia Heights on a parcel formerly owned by the National Capital Revitalization Corporation. NCRC offered the land value as equity in the deal and in exchange JAIR LYNCH committed 20% of the project's units affordable between 30 - 80% of area median income. When it is complete it will feature 59 residential live/work units and three retail condominiums reserved for small, local businesses. Solea is a member of the LEEDŽ for Neighborhood Development Pilot Program administered by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Agents are now accepting reservations for homes at Solea, which is scheduled to be completed in Fall 2008. For the latest updates, please go to www.solea-dc.com or visit the Solea sales office at 1508 U Street NW.
