JAIR LYNCH Development Partners, in partnership with AHD, Inc. and Franklin Capital Group, completed the development of 100 new affordable rental units in Southeast Washington, D.C. in 2006. This project was completed as part of a linkage deal to receive additional density on a separate project downtown. This all-affordable rental project has a unique mix of flats over townhomes that feature 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with amenities such as washers and dyers, intrusion alarm systems, balconies and lofts. Savannah Heights is a symbol JAIR LYNCH's commitment to affordable housing infill development.
