JAIR LYNCH managed a 15,000 square foot addition to KIPP DC's WILL Academy, which it shares with Scott Montgomery Elementary School. JAIR LYNCH leveraged its public-private expertise and fast-track delivery method to deliver a 7,500 square foot gymnasium, 2,000 SF multi-purpose room and 3,000 SF of K-3 classroom space for the school in time for the 2009 academic year to begin. All improvements are shared by KIPP DC and DCPS as part of their dynamic co-location agreement.
