JAIR LYNCH managed the second phase of KIPP DC's KEY Academy in Southeast Washington, DC. The project included a 30,000 SF middle school on the Benning Road campus that serves 320 students in 5th through 8th grades. Under the leadership of the project manager, the school was completed two months ahead of schedule and with substantial savings to the client.
KIPP DC: KEY Academy is the highest performing middle school in the District of Columbia.
