JAIR LYNCH Development Partners, as part of a joint venture with Alpha Corporation, acted as development manager for the DC Department of Parks and Recreation to build this iconic recreation facility in the middle of public housing in Southwest Washington, D.C. Using an alternative delivery method in which the joint venture held all contracts, JAIR LYNCH participated in the delivery of this 16,500 square foot facility, which houses multi-purpose rooms, an indoor gymnasium, meeting space, and a pantry, among other public amenities. Local architecture firm Devrouax + Purnell designed the eye-catching modern facility, which provided a dynamic gathering place for youths in the neighborhood.
