JAIR LYNCH Development Partners provided sale, acquisition and development management services to the Center for Community Change for the purchase of a new headquarters building in Washington, D.C. The Center for Community Change is a non-profit community organization with service centers throughout the nation. Its new headquarters is in a historically significant building located on the U Street corridor, which used to be the headquarters for PRIDE, Inc. during the civil rights movement. It now provides office space and conference rooms for more than 50 professionals.
