JAIR LYNCH Development Partners managed the expansion of Bread for the City's existing facility in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, DC. The new, 11,000 square foot facility doubled the capacity of Bread for the City's medical clinic and legal services center and add a much-needed dental practice. The project was partially funded through a grant from the DC Primary Care Association under the DC Medical Homes Initiative in addition to New Market Tax Credits.
