Bread for the City

Jair Lynch managed the expansion the design and construction of Bread for the City’s existing facility in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, DC.  The new 11,000 sf facility doubled the capacity of Bread for the City’s medical clinic and legal services center, while and added a much-needed dental practice.  In addition to New Market Tax Credits, the project was partially funded through a grant from the DC Primary Care Association under the DC Medical Homes Initiative.
