JAIR LYNCH, as part of a consultant team with Brailsford & Dunlavey, completed an evaluation of more than 30 sites in the District of Columbia for the purpose of developing a new Major League Baseball stadium. The study included an acquisition, urban design, baseball park, financial and collateral development analysis. The report and recommendations were presented to the local community and presented to the Major League Baseball authorities. As a result, Major League Baseball returned to Washington; the new stadium was built and opened for the 2008 season.
