Located East of the River near the Historic Frederick Douglass House National Historic Site, this new 3-story, 46,300 SF health care center will provide primary care, specialty care, dentistry, psychiatry, and health education to the local community. Funding is provided by the DC Primary Care Association as part of its Medical Homes DC Initiative, a public-private partnership with the Department of Health, as well as the American Recovery Reinvestment Act and the Affordable Care Act Facilities Program. JAIR LYNCH is the Development Manager on this project, which broke ground during the fourth quarter of 2010 and will be LEED-certified as Silver.
