Business Development Manager

Mr. Woods manages Jair Lynch’s acquisitions and dispositions team for sponsored investment projects. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and securing new deals for Jair Lynch’s multiple institutional equity funds. Mr. Woods also leads sourcing activities and negotiates new business opportunities for the firm’s third-party development management services and provides strategic real estate advisory leadership for Jair Lynch clients. Since joining Jair Lynch in 2010, Mr. Woods has sourced nearly 1,000 units between existing apartments and development projects; and deployed over $130 million in equity. Additionally, he manages Jair Lynch’s corporate branding and marketing. Mr. Woods volunteers on several committees including FOCUS DC’s Public Charter School Real Estate Council and served on DCBIA’s Leaders in Development Executive Committee, the East of the River Neighborhood Development Committee.

Mr. Woods has over 14 years’ experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, brokerage, consulting and project management. Prior to joining Jair Lynch, he was a broker for a commercial real estate services firm, where he focused on the purchase and sale of commercial redevelopment sites and managing and underwriting debt and equity financing transactions.
