JAIR LYNCH is part of Vision McMillan Partners, the master developer for the 25-acre former McMillan Reservoir Sand Filtration Site at North Capitol Street and Michigan Avenue, NW, two major thoroughfares. Its strategic location—between Howard University and Washington Hospital Center—provides a strong potential market for the envisioned mixed-use project, which will include residential, retail, office and green space.The historic sand filtration silos are expected to be preserved where appropriate and incorporated into a unique plan that honors the site’s history.
